The Ride Gari Messaging Program provides users with SMS notifications related to their use of the Gari platform. These messages may include account verification, one-time passcodes (OTP), ride confirmations, security notifications, and service-related alerts.

By providing your phone number through the Ride Gari application or website and selecting the SMS consent checkbox, you agree to receive text messages from Gari.

Message Frequency

Message frequency varies depending on user activity such as account login, booking activity, or security verification.

Message and Data Rates

Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier plan.

Opt-Out Instructions

You may opt out of receiving SMS messages from Gari at any time by replying STOP to any message.

After sending STOP, you will receive a confirmation message and will no longer receive SMS messages from Gari unless you re-enroll.
